13-year-old Glendale girl missing since Sunday

The Glendale Police Department needs the public's help in locating a 13-year-old female named Kacey Nadine Manansala. 

Kacey was last seen walking away from her residence in the 17700 block of North 79th Avenue at about 2 p.m. Feb. 7. 

Kacey is a Pacific Islander who is 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighs 210 pounds. She has black hair and brown eyes and was last seen wearing a gray sleeveless shirt and sweater and black jeans.   

Family has checked with friends who have not seen her. Police said Kacey was having disciplinary problems at home and has health problems requiring medication.

She has not had her medicine since she left her home, and her parents are concerned for her well-being.
