Circumstances of Disappearance:		Unknown. Tonia was last seen at approximately 2:00pm at a bar called Chris' Place on Clark St. in Elyria, OH. She was seen leaving there and walked east down Clark St. towards Concord Ave. Tonia does have a medical condition that requires medication. Foul play is suspected.
