Identifying Characteristics: Numerous tattoos on left and right arm including a tattoo of a "dragon" and "Papa Smurf" on top of hand, caps on all teeth, previously fractured right wrist.
Clothing: Red T-shirt, black belt, blue or black jeans, white socks, athletic shoes, black cowboy hat with pins on it, possibly wearing a bandana around neck.
Jewelry: Homemade rings on fingers, several necklaces.
Circumstances of Disappearance: Unknown. James was last seen at approximately 7:00 leaving his residence on foot in the vicinity of the 20 block of Fawn Ct. in Louisa, KY. James has a medical condition and needs medication.
