Known Circumstances: Fresh appeal for missing Bulwell girl, 16 POLICE have made a fresh appeal for a Bulwell 16-year-old who has been missing for three weeks to get in contact. Katie Mitchell went missing from her home on Monday January 4 and has not been seen or made contact since then. Notts Police have visited many locations where she may be but have not been able to find her. Bulwell Neighbourhood Policing Inspector Chris Davies said: "I want to appeal directly to Katie and to ask her to contact us or a member of her family as soon as possible. "I want to let her know that she is not in any sort of trouble at home. Both we and her family just want to know that she is safe. "We all understand that at 16 she might feel she wants to start living her own life, but at the moment we and her family just want to hear from her to allay their worries."
